JSA Annual Verification done by phone - then received AV letter

I told my Jobcentre I'd changed address and that I thought my AV form might have been sent to my old address, and someone rang me from the DWP to do the AV.
Then I got the form through the post, dated the day after it was done over the phone.
Should I return the form when it's already been done? I've heard of people having issues with AV and that doing it over the phone or handing it in at the Jobcentre usually sorts things out, but I don't think the latter's an option...

Better to be safe than sorry. As it's virtually impossible to get to speak to anyone at the DWP I'd complete and return the form just to be on the safe side. You could always write on the form that the form was sent out after you had done the AV over the phone.

The letters are auto generated by the system and posted out in bulk.
