Vodafone sim only to phone contract

Hi. I have sim only cotract with Vodafone, which I purchased on Mobilephonesdirect, few months ago. And now I need new phone, so wondering is it possible to take new contract with a phone instead sim only contract? Of course the new phone contract would be with Vodafone and I would pay more than I am paying now. I know it was possible years ago. Any help would be appreciated.

Why not just buy yourself a decent new (or recon?) phone - will almost certainly work out cheaper

If you've been on the SIM only plan for a few months, you may be able to upgrade, have a look in My Vodafone under upgrades. You would lose any cashback deal you may have had with MPD0

As J_B says, if you need a new phone just buy at the best price you can find the SIM-free handset of your choice, which are normally unlocked and accept any SIM, put yours in it and away you go...Evolution, not revolution0
