Is it best to claim for the period march to now and then keep applying for subsequent periods?

Hi, apologies if this has already been asked, but myself and my partner were instructed to work from home in early March and have been ever since. I could have gone back to the office before now, but have chosen not to as it is not essential to be in the office and it is just a productive to work from home. Am i entitled to claim the tax relief for the whole durtation and going forward if i continue to work from home as my choice?0

As a primary school teacher, I routinely work regular hours (often in excess of my actual teaching hours) whilst at home. So, may I claim for relief of £6/week backdated to previous years?0

I am required to work from home, since the beginning of the lock down and our offices remain closed. For the month of October I have builders in my home which will make working from home impossible - no power, no water, mess, noise etc. so I am renting a small office for the whole month. My employer will not allow me to expense this (understandable) but would like to know if I claim this back from HMRC ?0

I fill in a Tax Return every year (about to submit my 2019-2020) next few weeks.
Can someone confirm which section in the Tax return can I claim expenses for working 3 weeks (16 March 2020 to 5 April 2020 = £6 x 3 weeks = 18)?0 -

I've been working from home since 2014. I don't do a self assessment form so guess I would have to complete the P87, but how do I claim for past years, summing that I can do that even for a few years?

I filled in the P87 form when the first newsletter came out about this. I only filled for April - August 2020, but I am still working from home for the foreseeable future. Am I able to amend my submission, or have I lost the chance as I already submitted the form?

WARNING! I'm sure I recall that, when I looked into this a few years ago, there are financial and tax implications at the time you sell your home, if you've previously claimed back tax on expenses associated with using your home as a workplace. Can you confirm this, Martin?0
