Clarity credit card in a positive balance - cannot get through to Halifax?

Hello After cancelling all our booked holidays due to Covid-19, I've started receiving refunds onto cards I used to make bookings. One of the bookings was on our Halifax Clarity Mastercard and the refund has now taken this card into a positive balance. Is this against the terms and conditions of the card? Would they…

You can call it essentially what ever you want...... if phone, email or messaging doesnt work .
