Lombok in administration, what are my rights?

We are currently in the processing of reviewing the position, and we shall respond to your query once the outstanding orders have been properly reviewed.

As I hope you will appreciate this may take a while, due to the volume of responses received, however we shall endeavour to respond more fully in the coming days.

If not already done so please can you provide us with the Order Number, Date of Placement and confirm the Name under which the order was placed.

Has anyone got anywhere with their refunds? I'm still waiting to hear back from my bank. Unable to get through to them on the phone.

I'm still waiting to hear back from my credit card company. I imagine it'll take months.
