  • Bearing in mind THE POLICE dont have to provide proof of postage for a NIP / S172 request, simply a statement about their processing of such, you are so far off the track that your confidence appears to be completely misplaced.
Really? Because I've referred to my mate who's worked for Derbyshire Police CREST for the past 2 years who says your chatting complete !!!!!!? According to him all NIPs are auto generated on the system and the first class envelopes are scanned... he goes onto say if the Police don't provide proof of postage when the courts ask, the case will be '1000% on its !!!!!!'. Guess why? Because, in practice, oral statements are usually not enough.. not criminally, not civil.

He's also a trained PIP detective and has absolutely no idea what you mean by 'trained witness', it's not a legal term. Police are often expert witnesses, depending on the case.

As mentioned to about 8 times now, it's not at all a main point at all I said it would be interesting to get the judges take on the matter, please don't denounce points by calling it 'excitement' - you can provide advise without being condescending.

I gave you my opinion about what I think are your strongest points on page one. We are now on page five. You could have written your defence in that time and shown us a draft.

The regulars who have lived and breathed the parking scams for years, and over a decade in some cases have given you their advice. Not one has suggested that your point about no NTK will be of any great value.
It is up to you whether you take our advice or not.

    I'm out.

OP, may I respectfully suggest that you take this to the Legal Beagles forum.  I suspect i speak for many when I say that you are boring the pants of me.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
