    On your claim form (from CCBC) there should be a name and address for sending documents.  If the name is the solicitors you can search the forum or ask Auntie Google for an e-mail address.

    Nothing received from the courts regarding DQ, I emailed them my DQ on the 22nd. Will I receive anything if I have emailed them?

    Posted my DQ to DCBL on the same date, will they give me any acknowledgment on receipt?

    You have already received an automatic email receipt, haven't you?
    Check you MCOL claim history for anything more.

    No idea. Doubt it. Your crystal ball is probably as good as mine.

    Doesnt matter about them getting your DQ. For them, it wont tell them anything new - they know youre a consumer, so they just need to wait to see the court it is allocated. No reason they will let you know theyve got it...
    If you have the email back from the CCBC, then thats all you need.
    Next steps are all in the newbies thread. You must, must, MUST read ahead. No choice in this, if you want to be well prepared.

    I have checked MCOL, nothing there. Received the Covid-19 auto reply and no confirmation email yet.

    @nosferatu1001

    NO you must send and get that auto confirm email!
    If you dont file your DQ in time, YOU. LOSE. No ifs or buts. Even if this is a CCBC !!!!!! up, getting them to admit it and deal with it is *hard*. So be *active* and MAKE SURE they have it. Ths means calling them before the deadline.
    WS is in your words, so start there first.

    I don't know what else you are expecting, but as nosferatu1001 says, keep phoning the CCBC until you are satisfied.

    Glad to have helped you - this was handled off forum with me and ParkingMad all over it.

    ANOTHER ONE PARKING SOLUTION CLAIM BITES THE DUST!

    This is the first time that a Sussex Court has been seen to join the 'strike out for abuse of process' bandwagon!

    My first ever lay rep was in front of DJ Ellis last year and she's a clever & fair Judge.
