    How so?
  • Hope everyone is well.
    Brief update:
    - Defence received letter.
    - No early DQ thus far from claimant.

    Hello all,
Wishing you are all still sane after a long few weeks in lockdown.
Received intending to proceed letter & DQ, on the last day they had to get it to me!

I have just read a lot in the forum regarding telephone hearings and WS.
Not seen much coverage on DQ stage, I am assuming the process is still the same?
    Thanks

All part of playtime by DCBL.   Of course DCBL will realise that they will probably be spanked for fakery .... NO LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ADD THEIR FAKE AMOUNTS, their claim is unreliable
This is for you to tell the judge

Nothing has changed at the MCOL administrative stages

The changes are at local courts , plus delays to cases like yours because courts have pushed back the slots , so it will be a few months before you get anything useful from your nominated court

You are now in the eye of the storm , the winds won't pick up for a long time , so start on your WS plus Exhibits plus summary costs assessment etc and keep reading threads , like the one that won yesterday

DQ (N180) is a simple form you can download, and a walk thru every DQ question is in the NEWBIES thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Sorry to have to ask this question, in multiple threads it mentions send DQ to claimants address via email. I don't have an email for OPS on claim form or DQ letter from DCBL.  As DCBL are acting for OPS am I sending them my DQ to their provided email?

    Thanks

If the PPC has instructed solicitors, your further correspondence will be with the solicitors.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
