Virgin Flying Club - refund policy

We currently have Virgin Premium flights booked for October. We used 90,000 virgin flying club points and cash. I've been through my T&Cs and trawled the Internet but I can't see where we stand in regards to either a change of dates, a refund or cancellation.

Does anyone have any experience of changes having used points?

Many thanks!

As it stands there's a good chance that flights in October will be fine .

You would need Virgin to cancel your flights for access to a refund etc
