Virgin savings log in problems

Anyone having issues logging into their Virgin savings accounts? Gets as far as saying sending authentication text but no text arrives?? Can log into investments but not savings accounts!!

Just tried mine, working fine.

I had this yesterday and did not get a text. I then said resend text but still no text arrived. I then exited the site completely and went back to the login screen and re-entered my customer ID and selected characters from my password. I then received a text in less than one second and was able to complete the login.
I can only assume that the first time I got the ID or password incorrect. I have tried again just now and got the text immediately.
PS I just tried with a made up ID and password characters and I was told a text would be sent to me. Clearly there was no check on my login credentials before I was taken to the screen saying a text was being sent.0 -
I did wonder if I had input wrong details and double checked next time I tried but still didnt work however just tried again and triple checked everything and it worked!!! I suspect they're maybe having a few problems as I tried for about an hour this morning and rechecked my ID and password before I started thread then sods law next time I tried half an hour later it worked fine!!alanwsg said:I can't get past entering my Customer ID, it just hangs.0 -
There was a message on the log on screen saying some people were having trouble and they were looking into etc.
I had trouble for 2 days but then got in. Not tried since as I now have the information I was seeking.1 -
I have been able to login using Edge browser.
Chrome just hangs, tried clearing cookies etc but it always hangs after typing in my Customer ID.1 -
Can't currently access virgin money at all with Firefox, let alone log in.Chrome is fine0
