Online store still selling despite no contact method

Hello, looking for some advice on this one.
I bought something from a store (Logitech) online and no longer want the item I bought. It's unopened and wish to send it back for a refund within the 14 day window.
However, due to the COVID thing going on, they have closed their phone lines. Their website documentation still says that requests for refunds must be arranged by phone. How do I go about starting the refund process if a seller has no working refund process in place?
I paid through PayPal in £GBP to an Irish-based firm.

    I don't see an online return facility. On that link, it sends me to their general support homepage. Clicking the Orders/Returns/Refunds option just takes me back to that original place and forms an endless loop.

    You're looking at the US site, I'm using the UK site.

    The UK site has a link to the return policy which gives an email contact.

    Even if not actioned, at least you will have evidence of starting the returns process.

    It also says "If you live in the EMEA region [which we do] and need to return a Logitech product, please contact Logitech Support."
