Redx- if the D does that before the C states they want to continue, the DQ will (rightfully) not stand. Hence just using mcol, and the newbies thread.2

Thenn the OP should learn patience and do things in the correct order instead of trying to compress the timeline !!
The newbies FAQ sticky thread explains the stages , making these questions unnecessary !!
Either way , it will be months before any court hearing , certainly more than four months , more like 6 to 10 months1 -
Thanks @KeithP.
As a way of an update, I have received a 'Notice of Intention to Proceed' from the C's solicitors. I will now wait to hear from the court.1 -
You'll check mcol, instead If you passively wait, and the DQ gets lost in the post, you lose.

Hi,
I have today received an N24, General Form of Judgement or Order from the CCBC - Which has confused me a little.
In summary...
"The Claimant...You have failed to file the Directions Questionnaire with the CCBC by the date specified in the Notice...The Claimant must file the Directions Questionnaire with the CCBC on or before 7 days from the service of this Order"
Obviously, I am not the Claimant - Is this just a copy of the notice that was sent to the Claimant?
If I check MCOL, I can see the following entries:- DQ sent to you on 07/01/2021
- You filed a DQ on 20/01/2021
- General sanctions order was made on 29/01/2021

Just as you must send everything to all other parties, so must the other parties.
The Defendant might want to phone the CCBC and ask what that 'General sanctions order' line is all about.4 -
The general sanctions order is the N24 and is used when a claimant/defendant has failed to follow the courts directions, in this case submit the DQ in time.1
