I personally struggle with the YouTube type exercise classes. I find my laziness gene kicks in and makes me cut corners, but, luckily my local council (Wiltshire) has moved a load of classes on to Microsoft Teams. They are free to anyone who wants to join, not just gym members, but anyone. And the best thing I find is, as my laptop camera is on, I don't cut corners because the instructor and the rest of the class can see...not that anyone is looking as their too busy doing their own thing but psychologically it makes me engage more. Perhaps check out your local leisure centre/council website and see what is being offered.0

I recommend Lucy Wyndham-Read on You Tube. Been doing 7 mins a day just before work. If I have time, I do longer ones or a combination. Psychologically 7 mins is dooable and she has a lovely encouraging manner without being 'boot camp'. There are so many you will never get bored. She has certainly motivated me and I am a very reluctant exerciser.0

Since finding such a wealth of exercise videos on YouTube, I doubt whether I’ll ever get back to the gym. To be fair, I have been very disciplined since last March, and find it easy to do it as soon as I get up in the morning. I particularly like Zumba, and there’s an excellent choice, and recently invested in some dumbbells, and again, have found plenty on YouTube to replicate my original gym classes. In fact, I’m doing more exercise than I’ve ever done in my life!0

I shall skim a few more but much as 7 minutes appeals, it has to be do-able. She seems to have some walking ones, which I might cope with!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I absolutely love EMK Fit! They're only 20 min workouts on YouTube but they're amazing - she blends dance with HIIT but her philosophy is great. She's all about moving, even if you're doing it wrong - she themes the workouts to Disney, Pop, Queen, Shrek - they're all great! Highly recommend!0

You have got to be kidding me, you can actually go out running and earn money for charities!
How fantastic is that! The only thing is if I were capable of running I would have to swap phone companies as I literally pay for what I use which is literally a few quid to I think £40 is them most per year so it might actually be cheaper to make donations. It's a shame they don't do a walking one not everyone can run.
Part of me thinks is there a need for a zombie chasing you app under these circumstances the other half says a great idea it might remind runners we are in a pandemic. It seems like a popular app but my mind is stuck on why runnings the best why run away from zombies? I wish I could try it out, sigh.Thank you I have saved some of the apps to Pinterest.....you never know!0
