Complain like fury to the judge, ask him to thtow the case out or ask for more time, (at their expence), to consider the paperwork.

Update: Unfortunately, the judge postponed the mediation hearing giving me more time to look at ParkingEye's evidence. At the rearranged hearing, the judge sided with ParkingEye which infuriated me as the judge hadn't even looked at my evidence from what I could gather and barely let me get a word in. Since i refused to settle at the mediation hearing, the court listed the case for a dispute resolution hearing. However, ParkingEye haven't paid the court fee by the date and time instructed so the claim has been struck out.

The court order states that ParkingEye is liable for costs incurred by the defendant. How do I go about pursuing ParkingEye for this as the court have been rather unhelpful when I've asked?

I am also wondering if ParkingEye can still pursue me through the courts?

sit tight and wait advice ... the courts can be quite lax on the dates claimants have to pay fee's bye.  Far more so than if a defendant is late ... this of course IMHO.

not much help so await others .......

I've received a letter from the court stating the claim has been struck out.

I did notice how lenient the court was with ParkingEye.
