Sky is making money-saving impossible

Can anyone help. We have been trying to remove some of our Sky+ Packages (e.g Sky Kids and Multiscreen) but the Sky website won't allow you to do it online. It says call the number. If you call them the wait is 1.5hours and you are only supposed to call if you are a key worker or vulnerable. We are self-employed so have no money coming in. The only option I can see is to cancel Sky altogether. Any suggestions?

    You can take out a contract with any other ISP .
    Sky may well then phone you and offer a deal .
    But due to Corona thay may not have the staff to do that .

    They appear to be still running

    Have you personally had a response from that E-Mail address lately? 

    Regardless, I rather suspect  the OP of this thread will have already sorted his "problem" fully two weeks after he posted....
