MOT whilst car is repaired for no-fault claim

Hi... Can I get your thoughts on this please. My car is currently being repaired following an accident about 5 weeks ago. It is being repaired under the 3rd parties insurance as they accepted complete liability. The repair has taken several weeks, as it is a big job, and there has been a delay on some of the parts.
