Hi, I hope this is the right place to post. I have a commercial lease that I now cannot afford to pay as I am unable to work. I have a 6 month break clause, the lease is until December 2020. Thank you I will, but what would it be guaranteed on?

It would depend on the terms but the general notion would be that you personally remain liable for outstanding amounts even if the Ltd company becomes insolvent. Not something you want at this point in time.
