Can't pay commercial rent

Hi,
I hope this is the right place to post.
I have a commercial lease that I now cannot afford to pay as I am unable to work. I have a 6 month break clause, the lease is until December 2020. The landlord still expects me to pay and has put the office up for rent. If it gets rented by September 2020 then he says I will can stop paying from then. But its highly unlikely anybody is going to take a lease on now.
I only started up last year so do not qualify for any government help so I am relying on benefits to pay my household bills and rent, which they do not cover. I have no savings to fall back on, am a single mother with no other family support.
I am a limited company.
Can anybody offer any helpful advice or signpost me. I am so stressed I keep getting nose bleeds.
Thank you

Do you pay any business rates or receive any business rate relief?1

No I don't pay any rates. I pay a set amount each month which covers everything.Hermann said:Do you pay any business rates or receive any business rate relief?0 -
Might pay to look into insolvency for the Ltd company and if that would release you from further liabilities and limit losses, although perhaps you signed some personal guarantees?0

I did not sign anything for personal guarantees, I do not have any personal assets of any high value.Hermann said:Might pay to look into insolvency for the Ltd company and if that would release you from further liabilities and limit losses, although perhaps you signed some personal guarantees?
Would I find out about insolvency on thr government website?
Thank you for your time in answering my problem.0 -

You could start by asking for some advice in the Bankruptcy section of these forums, insolvency is a huge step with significant consequences so make sure you understand and get independent advice but it might a way out for you.Lifeisweird said:

It possible your landlord might change his approach if he understands your position or thought you were about to wind up the company. So explore the options.1 -
You should check the lease. There might be a personal guarantee buried in its terms somewhere.1

Thank you I will, but what would it be guaranteed on?Jeremy535897 said:You should check the lease. There might be a personal guarantee buried in its terms somewhere.0 -

This sort of guarantee would put you in the place of the company if it didn't pay the rent. If you didn't either, they could take you to Court and, in the worst case, ultimately make you bankrupt. They are very unlikely to do that, because it will cost them time and money, and if you have no assets, there is nothing they would gain by doing it, but if you do find a personal guarantee in there, you need to get proper advice.0
