I have lost my phone ans need a new nano sim. I have tried several Virgin Mobile numbers but just hear music plus the form for a new sim has been removed from the website.
Anyone know any other ways to contact Virgin Mobile?

I assume you have been able to report your lost phone online and have another possibly unlocked phone you can use.
At the moment until VM are back to normal you may need to get a Pay and go sim that will work in your phone. If you are out of contract you could get a new sim only contract with a different company and then go online with myvirginmedia account and issue a request for the PAC to transfer the number and it will also cancel the VM contract.
