Supply teacher with several agencies/umbrella companies - furlough payments?

Options
I am a Supply / temporary teacher registered with several agencies/umbrella limited companies. Could I be entitled to furlough payments and should it work through just one of those agencies/umbrella companies or all of them? All my teaching work has been PAYE. I have been Supply/Temporary for over 7 years now - and I have completed a Self-Assessment Tax Return every year, so the HMRC have a record of what I have earned from the teaching.

I also have some self-employed Consultant work with the Society for Education and Training (part of the Education and Training Foundation). The fees from that work have also been included in my Tax Return forms. Will I be permitted to receive furlough payments for the paused teaching and still earn some fees from this self-employed work when it happens (and it could happen via the internet only)?
