Turkish Airlines booked through opodo

Hi there, I had booked tickets to Istanbul from London flying out on 9th Apr. Now Turkish airlines have cancelled the flights. I got an email from opodo saying-
"Most airlines have stopped offering cash refunds to customers for cancelled flights. Instead, they are offering alternatives such as vouchers or the ability to rebook.
If the airline you were due to fly with is offering a refund voucher and you would like us to obtain this on your behalf from the airline as soon as it becomes available, please CLICK YES."
My confusion is if I say yes, how would I know how long the vouchers are valid for or same with rescheduling. I presume, Opodo will inform me before accepting. I hope so. Will send an email to them as well.
Anybody in similar situation?
Thanks

I am in a similar situation, whizz air flight to krakow booked via Opodo, and only offered a voucher refund. The flight was for a stag do, at the moment we don't know if we'll re-arrange to go to Poland or if we'll go elsewhere, I'd much rather the cash right now as the wife has since been furloughed!Subscribing and hopefully someone has the answer on how to get a cash refund...1

The email updates and notifications from Opodo and other ticket sellers are likely to be fairly generic rather than personalised for each individual airline or passenger’s circumstance. I think we can all understand why this is happening.
My recommendation in these circumstances would be to look at the relevant airline’s website to see what travel waivers are being offered, there often you will find information on how long the credit is available for etc. In addition, check Opodo’s website to see how they are handling. Then marry the two together.
Rebooking would have to be done via Opodo if Opodo made the booking for you and make the claim for you.
Here is information from the Turkish Airline site -

I have been sending regular messages to Opodo on Twitter but they are replying that the airlines hasn't refunded them which I know is lie. As I had booked some internal flights with the same airlines and I have been refunded about 5 weeks ago.
Tomorrow I am going to apply for Section75 refund through my credit card (Aqua) and see how it goes.I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0
