EE upgrade deal issue

Hello. I'm after some advice. I've noticed a great deal on the note 10 plus 5g with EE two weeks ago at 59 a month a (as good as new model), and I get my 20% corporate discount. I screenshotted it and then in 2 weeks time my upgrade was due so I rang them up. As the price had increased to 64.

Ive tried to haggle on the phone and they only  go and say 'we only do new phones over the phone'. " but the best price they can get it 55 with discount. Which my original deal would be 47 with discount.

Can I ask to speak to someone else at all or not? My contract ends 3rd of May but standard upgrade is what I'm trying to do right now.

Ive looked at other providers and they do great deals  but ee won't match them.

Yeah I know prices go up and down it's just a shame the won't match their previous price.
I just wished I could speak to someone about the as good as new deals but they can't sell them on the phone apparently.

The offers go live on the EE system for a set length of time and then can't be accessed again after they expire. Don't think anyone on the front line can do anything more. . .
