Have you left TalkTalk and they are still taking their direct debit?

I have set out a set of facts and requested they comment if they disagree with any of them. As yet they have not replied, so by their rules I take it they agree with the facts. 
I needed this to brief the Vodafone engineer as I will have to explain the problem yet again 
I have started climbing the hill with Vodafone, they seemed unable to pick the case up from where they reached previously. Went through their standard checking of line etc. Said they where going to send an engineer to the house. Aaaah. I now have a case number so if they do not contact me by Wednesday I will phone them.
As TalkTalk did not seem to have understood what I consider to be the truth, I have requested copies of all the communications between myself and then between January and now.

I took the case to CISAS as I had decided the first thing to stop the headache from banging your head against a brick wall was to stop banging.
I have received a very long pdf of their records (over 50 pages). Not sure if I can listen to the two recordings of the conversations I found so frustrating.
Anyway thanks for your help.
TalkTalk have apologised and should be rectifying billing.
Vodafone are hopefully getting somewhere with the routing problem. 
Not getting too excited. Is that light at the end of the tunnel or is it a train coming the other way?
