YES ..... and your favourite a-s-hole, the pathetic SRS types will now start digging up all old unpaid tickets, pass them to that crap TV lot DCBL who are waiting to add those unlawful fakes, or the "spanking we will go" BWLegal,Snakes_Belly said:DRP are about in the same league as the insurance companies that are not recognising COVID19 as an infectious disease because it is not on their list. DRP actions are like death throes of those flies that circle around like mad before they drop. They will struggle in the current environment as many of the PPC's of whom they feed will be struggling. Take my favourite a-s-hole of a company Excel and VCS. They are carrying a lot of debt and I guess that much of it will be toxic. There income stream will be drying up as they operate in stations and airports. The Travelodge where my incident occurred will be closed as will the pub/restaurant/hotel owned by SRS in Castleton. It's a hard world isn't it?

The courts will be full of rubbish claims1 -
Beamer, Is much going on in the courts at the moment? I got the impression that they are only doing urgent cases such as the family/minor cases. Not that many small claims going through. They may be struggling to get judges as many are part time and have full time legal roles.beamerguy said:

I suspect that when the courts get back to normal they will be inundated with eviction claims. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Excel and VCS have not had much success recently with the old unpaid ticket routine. I have not been on the forum for a while but the ones that I have seen on here were very expensive for SRS. From memory Keep Calm got costs for unreasonable behaviour over an old claim.

YES, it's when things get back to normal. Guarantee though the cowboys will attempt to buck the system, Some might set up their own kangaroo court in one of the empty retail outlets ... that would be funSnakes_Belly said:

Well Beamer any suggestion of a bail out for these people will cause a riot. SRS will have to sell the yacht

On a slightly different note, did you know that Wright Hassall are recruiting?
I was contacted by a recruitment agency last week saying they were looking to fill an IT-related role, but that will be on hold for the moment, I'd imagine.1
