If the heaters are big, too heavy for one person to pick up and are still warm half an hour after you've switched them off then they are storage heaters and should only be operated on an E7 overnight circuit switched by the meter. Otherwise they will bankrupt you !

It'll take about an hour for 3 men to carry a 2.4 16 Bricker outside. Not counting sparkey will cost about £1k labour to have a house full removed,I cheaper to hire a skip. I've dis/reassembled after repairing, they do come apart into small pieces but are very very heavy. 40-to around 400 kilo would not be unusual. Oh and watch out for both asbestos in them and asbestos disposal.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Also check the previous bill, if that was an estimated reading then that final bill may well cover a lot more than just two weeks usage...
