MrSportage said:Ok so I will add the following to the Blue Template:
In addition, you have failed to deliver the Parking Charge Notice to Keeper within the timetable dictated by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4) para 9(2), as the keeper of the vehicle I have absolutely no liability and you need to pursue the driver instead. Should you fail to cancel the charge and continue to pursue me as the keeper, I will immediately report your unlawful action to the BPA and DVLA.
Is this enough detail?
Thanks in advance! If you're going to use the above wording, please change 'para 9(2)' to read 'paras 9(4b) and 9(5)'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Other than correcting the reference is that enough to send as an appeal then?0 -
Not blunt enough imo. You are not dealing with John Lewis here. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

I appreciate all your replies but very confused now...
Is it best to be blunt because they are crooks and will just skim read for the basic info?0 -
Now you are overthinking it
Just do what you have been advised to do1 -
Agreed.
Just aware that any appeal needs to be correct and unsure which advice to follow?
Tedious questions for you guys but I do not have your knowledge.0 -
This is like pulling teeth........ you should have had this appeal logged once you were given the text to use. Should have taken you less then 5 minutes. Done and dusted
