Yes, but please do check that they fit with your style - I just rattled them out off the cuff.MrSportage said:Thanks again for the replies.
Am I ok to use those exact words in addition to the Blue Text Template? The NtK is not a PoFA compliant one and NCP seem to have recognised that in not claiming keeper liability. If they don't cancel on receipt of the blue text initial appeal (with the additional couple of sentences), then you will get it cancelled at POPLA (with a correctly worded POPLA appeal). But if you do have to go to that trouble, you must report NCP to the BPA and DVLA as above.Remember, in any of your dealings with NCP (or the other players), be extremely careful not to infer who the driver was, otherwise your PoFA protection disappears like a puff of smoke.
If it is ok I will show the full appeal response here before submission?

If you're using the blue text template without alteration, just show us what you've added - we have so much to read we don't need to have to plough through standard template text that has been approved for use. If you've altered any of the blue text template, tell us what you've done bMrSportage said:

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can literally just use what brown trout said. NCP won't care anyway. They don't read appeals.2

Why do they not read appeals? Is it not worth the Keeper appealing?0 -
A Keeper should always appeal , brown trout and others are explaining the background details to you
Most parking companies reject appeals , there is no profit in acceptance , so you could put that aliens abducted you , or you had passed away , it wouldn't make the slightest difference. The regulars here have helped on thousands of cases so speak from experience and knowledge , they state facts based on historical data
NCP will ignore what you write and reject it out of hand , it's their business model , rejection is virtually guaranteed, even if you asked NCP why they don't read appeals , they won't answer you
You have 2 choices , pay in full , or appeal as keeper , we suggest the latter2 -
I will put £50 bet on that the appeal I use for this ticket will get the ticket cancelled on first appeal1

I won't bet because I agree.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so you mean the appeal that you wrote previously?BrownTrout said:I will put £50 bet on that the appeal I use for this ticket will get the ticket cancelled on first appeal

Ok so I will add the following to the Blue Template:
In addition, you have failed to deliver the Parking Charge Notice to Keeper within the timetable dictated by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4) para 9(2), as the keeper of the vehicle I have absolutely no liability and you need to pursue the driver instead. Should you fail to cancel the charge and continue to pursue me as the keeper, I will immediately report your unlawful action to the BPA and DVLA.
Is this enough detail?
Thanks in advance!
