The mystery of a destroyed PE ANPR CAMERA ?
Someone used a saw to cut down an ANPR pole at a hospital. Picture here

None of us condone this but I'm guessing it will not be the last one

As an aside, government has announced that NHS staff are to get "free" parking at hospitals.
How are they going to implement such a scheme?
Does this mean that PPC's will be banned from accessing the DVLC database?3 -

Whoever did it - kudos.
Not condoning criminal damage but for God's sake...remove ParkingEye from hospitals.
What concerns me is that the Govt free parking must (one presumes) involve either paying off ParkingEye with a huge compensatory sum, or it merely removes the tariffs and yet allows P/Eye to continue to issue 'fines' that breach the NHS Car Parking Principles.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes remove Parking Eye, cut off the power to ANPR.
Compensation for PE. Let them sue government ... is there a court in the land who would support PE, not even the Supreme court ..... Any action by PE would prove to government of scam tactics
It would cost a fortune and PE would lose paying all costs involved
Parking Eye are small fry when it comes to the health of the country and our NHS staff. I mean they are so small fry ... their cowboy greed could well bust them
Frankly, I would say that nobody should p*ss around with Boris2
