    I'd had the form some time because the cost of copies of the grant was out of date and I had to send another cheque to cover the increased cost.
  • It may be slightly different as Suz1949 mentioned she was in Wales.

    I have just checked my PA1P and I completed the 'Legal Statement' so I take it this will be ok and hopefully they will send me the Grant soon

    Are the value of her investments the value they were on the day she passed away? 
    Going through similar and thought that was how they were valued, but may well be wrong.
