Anyone managed to get a refund from TICKETMASTER?

  • I have had two refunds recently with no issues just logged into my account chose the events clicked need help and typed in the info box that I could not attend the new dates.
The refunds were processed within a couple of hours.
  • Why are Ticketmaster able to do this so quickly, and a private London concert club are holding onto £600, refusing to offer a refund, holding customers to original booking condtions of 'no refunds' despite the show being cancelled due to lockdown, and merely offering a credit note for future shows with different artists who are of no interest to the customers?

Well done on getting your refund but this is making me even more enraged now! (See my other post)

Ticketmaster are just an agency. Not their money.

An event in December has been rescheduled for June next year which is unsuitable for me.
The email from Ticketmaster does not offer the option of a refund. Could anyone advise me where I stand on this, and how I can get in touch with them. I have searched the TM website but there doesn't appear to be a phone number or even an email address listed. It seems to be yet another company hiding behind their website!

Thanks. It seems that when TM reschedule a gig some distance in the future, it's a way for them not to offer a refund. Could be wrong but I'll see how I get on.

TM doesn't reschehule. The artists promoter does.
