You have already been provided with a link, click on the link that KeithP gave you at 4.35 today and scroll up to the top of the thread that it opens, that is what you want.
But if that doesn't work for you, go HERE.

I have won 4 cases in the SCC and lost none, I do know what I am talking about.
Did you win any of those four cases by ignoring a County Court Claim?

    I suspect not.
I was the claimant. in each case.

FYI, I spent a large part of my career getting Brits abroad out of scrapes, and have drafted replies to Parliamentary Question.  I resent you accusations that my posts are misleading.

By posting "Personally, I would ignore", it would be perfectly reasonable for anyone to understand that to be your recommended action.

If you didn't offer that gem as advice or guidance, then why on earth did you post it? It certainly doesn't help the poster if you intended that he should not follow that route, does it?

Back on track, reference the delay in AOS submission I assume it'll be automatically defaulted against me?

I understand perfectly what KeithP means. OPs might think your comment means, "you should ignore." Irrespective of what you actually mean, or think other people will believe it means, posters may assume it is guidance from a regular on the parking board.
I think it is a dangerous and irresponsible thing to post. I am obviously not the only one.
All these posts about your comments are detracting and distracting from the OP's case.

I cannot be responsible for what others may think.  I have been complimented by Government Ministers and senior Civil Servants on the clarity and insight of my advice.  I am completely satisfied that there is nothing untoward, irresponsible  or dangerous in my post.

However, I will try to ensure  that those to whom I send it are astute enough  to make their own decisions.  OP certainly appears to be.

FWIIW,  have noticed recently a tendency here to bully.  The thread about WPSATC  is imo a case in point.
