Sometimes I wonder if I actually could be any worse at keeping diaries... ;) Hope everyone is well and enjoyed Sunday's sunshine!

On the down side, I spent more than I intended over the weekend at the village fair. On the up side, most of it goes to charity (apart from the bit i spent in the pub!) and I had a great weekend! Shattered now though.

£20 Quidco, 51p interest and £28 of loose change (from my piggy bank, Johnny) have been paid off my credit card, so I now have a slightly lower balance. Yay!

Still have not received train ticket refund, so have spoken to the train company direct, who should hopefully kick thetrainline's collective a*se for me. Saves me ringing India to get fobbed off yet again.

What else? Oh yes, probably see about new motorcycle helmet at the weekend, which means I can think about riding to work. Almost certainly work out cheaper than the train. :money:

Also on the good side, my month starts again this Friday, and I have got about £16 left in my food shopping budget! Go me!

Well my grocery budget was doing so well, until I had to pop into Tesco to get some medicine and now it is down to £3.49. Never mind, at least I still came in under!

Tomorrow is payday, which will be great, so I can start to sort out the budgets and whatnot. Quite looking forward to getting a full contribution from himself and being able to actually make some inroads into OD and CCs. Really want to get Citi sorted before I have to start paying interest!

Going to go away and make plans and will come back later. :D

Citi £414.73 (Including Overtime and Train refund)
    Egg £41.90 (expected min payment)

    Vodafone £5.00
    Car Ins £25.53
    Petrol £100.00

    Left Over £59.00

    Joint Money:

Today, I still have 86 pence left of my allowance. Has to last me until Friday morning. Will I have the strength to keep hold of it and put it in my savings pig? (dramatic dum dum DUM sound effect required here) :rotfl:

At least I know where the other £39.14 went to.
£15.99 went on some veggie friendly glucosamine-alternative tablets.
£5 went on a programme for the superbike races at the weekend.
£14.80 on food at the superbikes.
£0.45 on an iced bun for lunch yesterday.
£1.89 on a naughty coffee this morning.
£1.00 change which somehow sneaked it's way into OH's pocket :rotfl:
£0.01 which I mistakenly popped into Johnny the piggy bank.

Otherwise, I am still waiting for my overtime and refund money to appear on the credit card, and my usual £15 payment has gone out as well. Will leave the remaining £266.66 in my account for the time being. No point me paying it out now so that I am nearer the overdraft when it is still 0% on the card!

Really looking forward to having cleared off that first card within 6 weeks or so of setting myself my 1 year target!

    I Made It!

Today is the last day of the first week of me having a (self imposed) allowance, and I have 11p left in my purse! Wow! :j

My extra payment of £133.07 has reached citi now as well, so I am about to go and change my sig. Think I should also find myself an avatar really. Never looked for one before; does anyone have any recommendations where to start? :o

    New £40/week starts tomorrow, yay!
