            Write back and say their own photos on their own best case show your vehicle to be within the bay and despite requests for further and better information, their client has refused to provide that information or any to suggest the parking terms were breached. It is therefore unsurprising that you have not paid the PCN which was incorrectly issued.
 In all the circumstances, the claimants proposed claim is without merit and has no prospects of success.
