Just a note that you cannot relist after a certain length of time they drop off your account completely. So don't assume they sit there forever and you can relist as that is not the case. I think it's 60 days.
However for those with shops you can put on holiday mode, Ebay have announced today that holiday mode can be kept on for 180 days now due to this situation(from 90 days)You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
The problem with holiday mode is that the shop and all listings remain payable , my dilemma , and I’m sure I am not alone, is why pay a shop fee every month when I have no income at all from eBay?lindens said:Just a note that you cannot relist after a certain length of time they drop off your account completely. Exactly, that was my dilemma and as of yesterday cancelled my shop subscription. Whilst people might be shopping online, what with the employment situation etc I think people have more on their mind than buying non essential items. Although I might be wrong as arts and crafts related items are probably at an all time high what with people indoors the majority of the day. I rang ebay as wasn't sure when I was billed for my shop and they said to close it before the end of month as otherwise was be billed for the following month so glad I shut up shop just in time. These next few weeks just going to use some of this time to research new lines to sell and work on a few projects seeing as I have no income at the moment. I think once we have got past this terrible period it might change the way people shop and the type of things people shop for.soolin said:
