We have the old Disney life app and went to load the disney plus app and our Samsung tv cannot find it. Is anyone else having the same issue?

What is weird though is we have the old disney life app. You'd think if you have that you'd be able to get the new one!Jaguar_Skills said:

Delete the old app and install the new.1

Why? They are different apps and will have different requirements. As Disney+ is a new service it is unlikely Disney will spend the effort required to have it work on older kit.Jaguar_Skills said:

Thats fair enough I am just surprised it works on the tv and not the new app.wongataa said:

It works on Android TV's and some Smart TV's, it also works on the PS4 and XBox as well as other devices, I ain't sure which though.Someone please tell me what money is0
