  • These came from someone accidentally forgetting to pay their monthly parking which they do so all the rest of the time 
    and , was this paid in full inc days parked as soon as spotted? , was the car park highviews personal one or does it belong to A N Other > 
    if it belongs to A N Other and they recieved the money for the month , have they been contacted , and has it been explained that all fees were paid ASAP

     If I was to do a late appeal to Highview, what would be best to say?

    Use the appeal template, as the keeper should have done at the start.  What the keeper NEVER does, is say who parked/was driving, of course.
