Still charged for sky sports via virgin media

Has we are going though difficult times and most of us are self isolating we need our movies and tv. However we can’t get our sky sports channels because of obvious reasons. But I’m still being charge which I find totally unfair as people are struggling with financial downfall. Can’t get though to anyone as they are extremely busy .

    See multiple identical i want money back as no sports posts .
  • Virgin are being as obstructive as possible - can only upgrade your package (add subscriptions) online - impossible to contact by phone due to long waiting times (understandably given CV-19). So left with no way to remove sports from my package when I subscribe only for football which is not being provided.

    I share your frustration but it’s not ‘impossible ‘ to contact by phone. I waited long enough on hold with sky to do the deed. 

    Still got to pay for 30 days which sucks. I did read about ‘pausing’ sky sports so ask about that if/when you get through on the phone. Might save paying 30 days for nothing. 

    The real p155 take is not being able to cancel packages online. These companies let you add it online but make it as hard as possible to downgrade.
