Anyone got bookings with ATG Tickets - cancelled all shows but not offering refunds?

Hi,
Appreciate there are greater issues that this going on at the moment but here goes anyway.
Purchased some tickets to a mid April show which is cancelled due to COVID-19.  They don't seem to be offering anyone refunds - only the option to request a "credit" or request to move to a later show.
Due to personal circumstances, it was only possible for us to attend next month so a credit voucher or different performance is not going to work for us.  Surely if it is cancelled they have to offer refunds?  But it appears not according to their site.  https://www.atgtickets.com/coronavirus-info/ 
I paid via Paypal which with hindsight probably wasn't advisable either!  It's not a small amount of money for us and I'm going to wait for a few weeks to see if they send anything else out.

  • They will offer refunds - they are just encouraging people to take a gift voucher. I have happily done that as I attend the theatre a lot. If you email them then they will arrange a refund.
