Anyone got bookings with ATG Tickets - cancelled all shows but not offering refunds?

Appreciate there are greater issues that this going on at the moment but here goes anyway.
Purchased some tickets to a mid April show which is cancelled due to COVID-19.  They don't seem to be offering anyone refunds - only the option to request a "credit" or request to move to a later show.
Due to personal circumstances, it was only possible for us to attend next month so a credit voucher or different performance is not going to work for us.  Surely if it is cancelled they have to offer refunds?  But it appears not according to their site. 
I paid via Paypal which with hindsight probably wasn't advisable either!  It's not a small amount of money for us and I'm going to wait for a few weeks to see if they send anything else out.


  • They will offer refunds - they are just encouraging people to take a gift voucher. I have happily done that as I attend the theatre a lot. If you email them then they will arrange a refund.
