Center Parcs Europe not refunding for booking beginning 3 April

    Hi all,
    I've booked in Holland (De Kempervennen) for October half term - I actually booked and paid Sept 2019.
    I called them today and their voucher offer runs out in September and they are not willing to offer me any vouchers.
    I can re-book the same week next year, but they want an additional 350 EUROS!!
    I paid via PayPal, which is linked to my Credit Card - I realise now that was a mistake.
    Is there any way I can go about getting a refund?
    Any suggestions at all?
