OK. I called 0345 602 3030.
My order was placed on March 2nd. I was told it still has not been dispatched BUT THAT IT WILL BE.
There are not enough staff, coupled with the distancing in the warehouse, so some start of March orders still have not been processed. I hope this helps someone else.0 -
I had an order placed on 23rd March delivered a few days ago, but am still waiting for one from 11th March. I'm just going to wait.
With them going into administration and Covid, I think it's fair enough to expect that they won't always keep to delivery estimates. Add in the ridiculously low prices anybody ordering in the last couple of months would have paid, it would seem a bit rude to complain!0 -
