Once the refund is back in your account. The official timescale is 45 days for the company to reject. Customers are always advised a longer timescale, due to the time it can take for your bank to check and question the rejection.
If you have not heard anything after this then odd's on you have won. But at the moment, with it being so busy. It is possible it has been rejected but not worked on.Life in the slow lane0 -
