Hi, I'm in the same boat regards sofa not being delivered and payment was made on LA credit card then paid off in full. Any easy way to contact regards money back as so far correspondence with them has been appalling0

S75 doesn’t apply where the merchant and the credit provider are the same company but even then it’s a bit pointless as if it did still apply the only difference would be access to the FOS.
it sounds like New Day are trying to mislead because both card and shop have the same name on them but the credit provider isn’t Laura Ashley so it’s not valid. Log a complaint and escalate if necessary1 -

I placed an order for bedding and paint samples online on 19 July 2020, not furniture. I got worried when the paint samples were supposedly dispatched on 21 July and did not arrive. DPD were the courier and are usually very reliable. On 30 July having heard nothing I raised a claim via paypal. Voila, on 1 August my order (minus 2 paint samples) arrived. So I have consequently cancelled my complaint and written off the two samples at £1.20 each as it was too much trouble to find out how to proceed for such a small amount. I hope other people manage to get their items, even if they are somewhat late.
