Ah yes thank you, i will try to call them on monday. My wife has also been in touch with the governing body 'Bonded Coach Holiday Group of the Confederation of Passenger Transport Limited' and they said they should be able to help with this too.

Contacted barclays and they have opened up a dispute regarding National Holidays.

Ok another update on this, barclays have sent the monies owed 'debitcard claimref' has appeared on the amount on my bank account. Does this mean i now have my money back? just think that was super fast to claim my money back. What do you think?

They can refund you, but it retailer challenges it, it can be reversed.

Ah ok, well cant see how they can challenge it as we have all the info from them cancelling it due to not filling the bus.
