Excel Parking Claim Form - Defence for Review

Well done, nice to see Excel/SRS spanked for £327, which is no more than you deserved for their unreasonable behaviour to both you and the court.
IMO they would be stupid to appeal the decision but then again they have proved they are over qualified in that respect.5 -
Super report and great outcome with an unreasonable behaviour costs award against Excel, not many achieve that against any PPC.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well done, the perfect ending for a EXCEL claim
I like this ...
3) Defence, additional charges of £60 'Admin Fee' find unreasonable behaviour
4) Route of claim suspect no demonstrable loss as result of way vechicle parked.
Concluded unreasonable behaviour primarily failing to attend hearing today.
I wonder who will fund the £326 as it's incompetence on both DCBL and EXCEL
So it was Deputy District Judge (DDJ) Mitchell.... which court please. I would like to put this thread in the abuse of process thread

Excellent result and thanks for the court report. Good to see some judges still regarding the additional £60 as Abuse of Process! Well done on getting costs awarded also.4

Very well done.
A good result.
Interesting court report, thanks for that.
I think that you had a very fair judge. I had to smile at DCBL keeping the judge on hold and playing pop music. How rude.
