I've seen DCBL cases hit the courts and I (for the defendant) have won, more than once. Their organisation and paperwork is as bad as Gladstones et al so nothing to worry about.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks @ Coupon-mad just a shame couldn’t have heard both cases today. Be interesting to see if the Witness Statement for second claim differs from that Excel Issued for first claim.

I'd nonetheless ask them the question:It might be worth a quick email to Savills (who have been generally quite helpful with parking issues) to ask whether, given that their contract with Excel shows no authority to pursue charges through the civil courts, they have given specific authority to them to sue you?Savills came back this morning, nothing note worthy in my opinion.
Thanks1 -

ThanksPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ref the "Savills" reply;-
There's no mention in the agreement for the subsidiary companies to collect any unpaid charges, so they haven't read the agreement they signed.

@Umkomaas I had assumed the charges referenced in the highlighted bit pertained to charges between excel and Savills not the motorists??
Also I believe so0
