Hi we booked a flight via BA, operated by American Airlines from Manchester to Orlando via Philadelphia - the flight from Manchester was delayed by 24 hours - AA put us up in a hotel and put food on, we have sent the Resolver form to AA who have said we should claim from BA, we have sent it to BA who has said we should claim from AA - can someone help us with the right route to take and legislation to quote - thanks in advance!

You claim from the airline that you flew with which was AA. Why was the flight delayed? you could be due €600 per passenger if the delay wasn't caused by an extra ordinary circumstance. Put your flight details into euclaim and bottonline and see what they say.0
