Singapore Air - cancelled flights, no refunds!?

Good news - I contacted Singapore Air on Twitter complaining about the fact that they keep sending Assistance Request Forms to fill in. They responded quickly asking for a screenshot. 1 hour later I got a phone call from Singapore saying they are sending me the full refund. 5 minutes later an email confirmation!
Refund takes 4-6 weeks. Maybe calling them out on Twitter speeds things up.1 -
