Lloyd’s refunded overdraft charges without me asking

Options
Lloyd’s have given me two credits today of £140 for my overdraft charges, because I wasn’t told they were going to take the money apparently. So my question is, would this be the whole amount or a gesture and should I try chasing the rest. Or be happy I got a little or all of it back?

When banks identify a breach, they are required to pro-actively put it right.   They will put right the error as it should be.
