Reinvest an ISA withdrawl into the same account

I withdrew 15k from my newly opened stocks ISA,at the start of the Corona epidemic.Would I be able to reinvest the same amount back into the same ISA in this tax year ?

Why withdraw it from the ISA?

Whether you can replace it depends on whether your provider offers ISA flexibility (most don't but a few do). If not, then you'll be able to replace £5k this tax year and the other £10k in the next.
