After trying for several hours to access my new isa, ive given up and transferred elsewhere, their system is a shambles and the authenticator dosent work. You have been warned.

After trying different browsers, uninstalling re installing, I gave up. Staff haven't a clue.0

Anyway, thought id switch to the Coventry Bs, got on their website, filled it in, then I get the message " we'll send a letter for you to sign., why when its online? Needless to say after 5 days it hasent arrived.0
