Cynergy Bank hopeless

After trying for several hours to access my new isa, ive given up and transferred elsewhere, their system is a shambles and the authenticator dosent work. You have been warned.

    Authenticator works fine, what issues have you had with it?

    After trying different browsers, uninstalling re installing, I gave up. Staff haven't a clue.

    Anyway, thought id switch to the Coventry Bs, got on their website, filled it in, then I get the message " we'll send a letter for you to sign., why when its online? Needless to say after 5 days it hasent arrived.

    Well, its arrived and I've sent it off, amazed at the condition that I can't withdraw money for 1 month!, from an "instant access" account?

    Are you referring to one of Cynergy's Ts & Cs or Coventry's, and if so, where is it specified?
